Stereograph on bone colored board (7 x 3 1/2 inch) with title at the base of the photos. Wear to the board from use. General Fitzhugh Lee (1835-1905) was a Confederate cavalry General during the Civil War [he led the last charge by the Confederates on 9 April, 1865 at Farmville, Virginia]; 40th Governor of Virginia (1886-90); and a U.S. General during the Spanish American War [Consul-General in Havana and later military governor of Havana in 1899].
