7 1/2 x 10 inch typing paper, no chips. Page 17 of larger manuscript, with six corrections in Howells' handwriting and autograph (W. D. Howells) at bottom. Article appears to be about getting published, and he advises the young writer to talk to editors himself and not through other authors.
