About Pegasaurus Books:
Pegasaurus Books is a family run bookshop with an extensive selection of both current and out of print books, fiction and non-fiction. Pegasaurus Books have been trading since March 2007, since then we have worked hard in building and sustaining our reputation for being well priced as well as offering an extremely good level of customer service from our friendly team.
Friendly staff:
There is nothing more important to us than having a good working environment which reflects on our friendly and enthusiastic team. If you experience any problems please feel free to contact us by email or telephone. All of our staff are well trained to deal with your enquiries efficiently.
Price promise:
We take pride in trying to make sure that all of our books are listed cheaper than anywhere else on the internet! If you find any of our books cheaper elsewhere, and you can provide us with a link, make sure you let us know before buying and we will do our best to beat the price.
Same day dispatch:
All items that are purchased before 1:00pm (UK GMT) are dispatched the same day, this applies Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. Exceptions to this may be very large orders that require a courier service to be arranged.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your item you may return it to us within 14 days after purchasing. If you are returning the item as a result of an error in our description we will compensate you fully for return postage costs.
Environmentally friendly:
Looking after our planet is very important. In our office we recycle and re-use as much as we can and reduce any rubbish as much as possible. As well as this we feel that we are also doing our bit for the environment by extending the life of thousands of pre-read books every year.
