Copy contains 85 black and white photographs, many of Mt. Lassen eruption. Copy also contains a black and white map (showing how to get to the Lassen Nat'l Park from Sacramento) as well as a black and white fold out map of Lassen Volcanic Nat'l Park (showing proposed scenic loop highway and approach highways. Loomis (1857-1935) documented Lassen Peak's eruption cycles and promoted the park's artifacts and Loomis's photographs are on display at the Loomis Museum.
