This hardcover book is square and tight. The boards and spine show no wear. The gilt is legible. The pages are clean, having no markings or folds. Dampstain is present to upper inner corner of first twenty-odd pages. The dustjacket is present and is now Brodart protected. There is significant wear and dampstain to the edges and extremities of the dustjacket, with a large chip removed from the upper spine. All lettering is still attractive, and the book looks good on the shelf. Not ex-lib. Original price intact. Bookseller Inventory # 001153
