About the Author: Gale A Yee is Profesor of Hebrew Bible and Director of Studies in Feminist Liberation Theologies at the Episcopal Divinity School (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Her books include Composition and Tradition in the Book of Hosea (1987) and Jewish Feasts and the Gospel of John (1989); she also edited Judges and Method: New Approaches in Biblical Studies (Fortress Press, 1995)
