Program of 8 pages; repaired (2 3/4 x 4 inch). The program lists a dinner menu, has pages for keeping track of dance partners, and credits Kaye for providing the evenings music. Very early performance of Kaye as he began performing about 1933. Publicity photograph (8 x 10 inch) b/w, by Victor Recording Artists "Sammy Kaye and His Orchestra", circa 1940s. Sammy Kaye (1910-1987) was a big-band leader "Swing and sway with Sammy Kaye". Known for his use of 'singing of song titles'. Bookseller Inventory # 10488
