If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the order date. Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Free Delivery Confirmation. Orders which fit into USPS flat rate envelope are upgraded to Priority Mail shipping (2-3 day delivery). All other orders are shipped via USPS media mail (6-14 days). Expedited shipping methods available. Buyer pays for difference in shipping costs (see below).
