Original light brown wrapper with green and black lettering on front cover and a black and white photograph of Montgomery Grove. 6 3/4 X 9 3/4 inches. Copy has 8 black and white photographs and 1 black and white map. With this copy is a typewritten letter, dated Oct. 7, 1920 and signed by William Fredric Bade. Bade (1871-1936) is known for his literary executor and biographer of John Muir. The author, Henry Fairfield Osborn (1857-1935) was an American geologist, paleontologist and President of the American Museum of Natural History for 25 years. Front cover has a small smudge and several creases. Pages are clean and complete. Binding is good. Bookseller Inventory # 017736
