Collection of newspaper clipping, dating from the 1930's, reporting the death of King George V, the coronation of Edward VIII, with a great deal of material on the Wallace Simpson and King Edward scandal, ending with the coronation of Elizabeth. G hardback, embossed cover, string binding. Cover with edge wear, bumped corners, scuffs. 14x11 3/8", 78 pp plus inside back and front covers packed with clippings from regional newspapers. Most of the clipping are slightly toned, some are wrinkled, a few are torn but still intact. One page loose of binding but present. Whoever collected these clippings used every available inch of space by folding, superimposing one above another, etc. Because of the size and weight of the book(s), please contact us to arrange for mailing or for shipping outside the continental USA.
