Shipping Terms:
We get rave reviews for our packing, and have virtually no returns. Over 37 years we have had only TWO books returned for damage incurred during shipping. Both had been punctured by fork-lift arms.
Orders usually ship same or next business day. We use sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes and corrugated cardboard mailers. Padded envelopes are not used except for small, very lightweight paperbacks.
