For item did not arrive, the option will not be available to buyers to initiate a return until 7 days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship on the same business day. It takes only 2-4 business days to deliver within the UK, France, and Germany. And it takes 3-5 business days to ship to other European and Asian countries. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
