We work hard to assure your purchase satisfaction. We pride ourselves in providing
exceptional customer service, usually shipping within 24 hours of your order. We
honestly describe our books. If you're not satisfied with your purchase we will
issue a full refund, less shipping costs, up to two weeks after purchase, when the
book is returned undamaged.
Shipping Terms:
All domestic orders include free delivery confirmation. We send you an e-mail when your book is shipped, including the delivery confirmation number, so you can track the progress of its arrival. Your international order is upgraded to Air Mail delivery where possible, depending on the size of the book and the receiving country.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
