Original tan wrapper with black lettering on front cover. 5 3/4 X 8 inches. Pages 191-274. Articles include, first part of copy contains information on pioneers in attendance which includes names, places of birth and date and when they made the journey to Oregon. Article "Diary of James Akin Jr" tells of his crossing beginning in April, 1852. One of the last entry's state that Mr. Atkins Jr died 2 weeks after reaching Portland. Copy is very nice condition.
