In addition to summarizing the activities of the Congress, this volume includes more than 40 papers on various theosophical topics, including the occult (works by Annie Besant), art, science, philosophy, mysticism, and brotherhood. Topics include 'The Scientific Principles Underlying Reincarnation and Karma,' 'Notes on Some British Mystics,' and 'Christian Doctrine as Seen by the Mystic.' Perhaps the most interesting work is 'Some Notes on the Fourth Dimension with Some Sections, and Orthogonal Projections and Perspective Representations, of the Four Lesser Regular Hypersolids.' This paper by 'W. J. L.' includes four leaves (pages) of diagrams for making complex three-dimensional models. Good in a green cloth binding stamped in gilt.
