About the Author: LOI holds a MSC (Eng Biz Mgmt) with distinction from the University of Warwick, UK and a MBA from Edinburgh Business School. His research works have appeared in major journals and books. He had worked in a Big Four firm and a British international bank. Currently, he is a chartered accountant in public practice and a strategy and CSR consultant.
