Description:

New York City. One page. 8 x 13 inches. Dated February 24, 1927. Guitry (1885-1957) was a French actor, writer, director and producer active in both theatre and film. He achieved his greatest notoriety between the two World Wars. In this document, also signed by the American playwright George Middleton (1880-1967) Guitry agrees to give Middleton the rights for one year to try produce his English translation of Guitry's play "Une Petite Main Qui Se Place."
