Shipping Terms:
Shipping costs are based on a typical book. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
U.S. shipping is $4.25 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book. International orders always welcome. Surface mail is no longer available--if you select surface rates I will ship via flat rate International Priority when possible. Rates for heavy and/or oversize books will need to be quoted individually.
