Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship same day if received by 12pm EST Mon-Fri; Sat by 9am EST. Please note that in spite of default rates listed WE COST SHIP BASED ON WEIGHT to your destination not by item. Lighter title shipping is refunded online or upgraded to 1st class if under 13 ounces; heavier titles and sets are invoiced online. ALL domestic orders include delivery confirmation. International first class usually arrives one day after priority (but it can not be insured). Insurance is available at cost and must be requested. We (drop) ship via USPS, but will ship via other carriers by request or using your account via pick-up service.
