Peach cloth binding with gold colored print and border lines on front and spine with round ivory colored elephant & swaztika decoration on cover. Gold-tinted headedges. Foredges are rough-cut. All books have previous owner bookplate on front paste-down,Text block and end papers are laid paper with watermarks. Illustrations are one sided bound in.Books are all relatively tight, sound and unmarked but there are some issues. Spines are lightly sunned, Books were apparently bound with out spine head pieces. A hundred and ten years later there are some minor issues. several have light crushing at spine ends otherwise defects are noted on individual books. The Outward Bound Editions by Scribners continued to be added to until 1939. "From Sea to Sea, both volumes have 3 photo pages each. XVIII, "Stalkey" has 3 illustrations by Gordon Brown. "Just So Stories: have a drawing by Rudyard Kipling in each story. "Traffics" has 3 uncredited illustrations. "Puck"; this edition has 4 illustrations by Andre Castaigne."
