World of Rare Books is a Sussex-based business, which was established in 2009. We specialise in rare, antiquarian and used books published before 1970, most of which do not have ISBN numbers.
We want your experience with World of Rare Books to be enjoyable and problem free and have a team of enthusiastic valuers who carefully select and describe in detail each of the books we put on sale.
World of Rare Books has a growing inventory of titles, all at competitive prices. We sell to a wide range of customers worldwide and also welcome wholesale enquiries from dealers. With an inventory of over 30,000 titles we hope there will be something to suit everyone -
from the antiquarian collector to the individual reader perhaps in search of that long lost book from their childhood!,
We make a serious commitment to recycling and bring new life to books that would otherwise be going straight into landfill sites. In addition all of our paper waste is recycled within the UK and turned into corrugated cardboard.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. International orders are sent by air mail. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
