Books are described as accurately as possible, but please feel free to email for more detailed information. No-quibble returns - if you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within ten days for a full refund.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Mail sent to UK addresses will always be sent by First Class Mail, mail to other countries will be sent by Airmail.
I have tried to be as fair as I can with the postage charges. If you have ordered a book that is light in weight and the postage charges are clearly too high (more than £1 above the actual rate) then I will refund the difference, to the nearest 50p.
At the same time, if I have underestimated the cost of posting your book, then I will usually absorb the extra cost myself. On very rare occasions, I might get in touch to ask if you would be prepared to pay a little more towards the cost - quite often the overseas shipping costs are considerably higher than the cost of the book itself! Please email if you have any questions on shipping costs.
