In order to provide this refund policy, all items must be returned to us with no exceptions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment originally used for your purchase.
Shipping Terms:
As we strive to please our customers, all orders are shipped within 2 business days of completed payment.
Book orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, and will include a delivery confirmation number where available at no additional charge. While being a cost efficient way to ship books, it is also a slower service. Please be aware it can take 20-30 days, for a Media Mail packages to be delivered.
International Shoppers, we are happy to ship internationally. But due to the drastic differences in shipping fees, we feel it is best to handle each order individually. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote.
