About the Author: Mr Onismo Rukuni, who was born 27th September 1976, in Zimbabwe, has three graduate diplomas with The Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ),Bachelor of Arts degree (History), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Master of Science in Peace, Leadership and Conflict Resolution. Currently a Lecturer/Teacher at Christian College.
