About Artis Books & Antiques

We have been in the used, out-of-print & rare book business continuously for 30 years, specializing in what we call "library-quality" books but handling good books of all sorts & types, plus some antiques & art every bit of it fun fun fun. Stop by and visit us in beautiful, historic Calumet, MI, in the Keweenaw Peninsula, called "copper country" due to the proliferation of copper mines at one time. It's the only Village incorporated into a U.S. National Park, and is famous for its snowfall every winter.

We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, or Paypal. We mail promptly. A note on condition - Very Fine = as new; Fine = used but crisp & clean with no defects; Very good = No defects but some rubbing and obvious but minimal signs of wear; Good = an average used copy mainly for reading; Fair = a well-worn but complete reading copy.
