If I might be so bold, Michael Ruhlman isn’t all about chefs and food. He has other books (renovating houses, wooden boats, pediatric heart surgeons), and he is also deeply devoted to sourcing clean and sustainable meet and food.
He is one of my favorite writers, for every reason.
