Imagine opening a book about witchcraft from the 16th century and a squashed, flat frog falls out of the pages…. read on from The Scotsman. The painter Robert Lenkiewicz, who died in 2002, had amassed thousands of volumes on philosophy, witchcraft, superstition and the occult, and now they’re going to be auctioned.
