Today there is a new article about this, via HPANA:

London - British author JK Rowling has dismissed rumours of an eighth novel in the Harry Potter series, noting that every time the publication of a new volume in her series about the boy magician drew closer, the spreading of rumours increased. “Their will always be sad individuals who get their kicks from ruining other people’s fun,” the award-winning children’s author says in the latest entry on her website on Tuesday.
Rowling has, however, not appeared entirely indifferent over the possibility of penning another book related to the series after the completion of her seventh Harry Potter novel, titled Deathly Hallows and due out on July 21.
She recently told the Sunday Telegraph newspaper of her idea for an encyclopaedia of magic, based on the seven Harry Potter books, in which she would elaborate on main characters and incorporate some unused material.

Harry’s adventure stops at book seven. J.K.Rowling had said that several times, and i don’t think she would change her mind now.
