The Chicago Tribune doesn’t like Yann Martell’s campaign of sending books to Canada’s prime minister in order to encourage him to tackle literacy issues. The writer says Martell is using books as a weapon - he doesn’t understand how a PR stunt can sway politicians and force an issue into the media spotlight.
