Understanding kids books
One in 10 adults struggle to understand the books they read to their children at night, reports The Guardian. I struggle to understand why the Berenstain Bears books have such painfully moral endings. I don’t think any adult in the free world understands Skippyjon Jones by Judy Schachner - Skippyjon is a cat who thinks he’s a dog and talks in a weird South American accent and has adventures with Bobble Heads. My daughter seemed to take it all in but……..
