At first, I wasn’t sure I could like this table. What poor books had met their cruel fate by being permanently transformed into table legs?
Then I realized I’m an idiot, and the table legs, metal, simply double as book storage. That opens up all kinds of possibilities. Colour-coding to match the seasons? Store red, white, and green spined books at Christmas, nice pastel spines at Easter…if a dinner date is being particularly dull, reach down and immerse yourself in a good read.
Now I have something to add to my Christmas furniture wishlist along with the Bibliochaise.
