Children’s Character Arthur Needs a New Friend!

A contest from PBS Kids is asking for submissions for a new friend friend for the popular character, Arthur. Children aged 6-12 are invited to enter until March 31, 2009.

The chosen entrant will get to meet author, Marc Brown, the creator of Arthur and will appear with their new character on a segment of an Arthur show.

The entry form and rules are available on the PBS Kids web site.

Kids can get ideas for a new character by reading the books!
