Opening lines quiz

My colleague Scott Laming has put together a cracking opening lines quiz in honour of the 150th anniversary of The Tale of Two Cities, which, of course, begins with the immortal “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…..”

I got 13 of 20. Enjoy.
