Talking on your cell phone while driving must be slightly safer than reading while driving! I’m not advocating talking on your phone while behind the wheel, I’m just wondering how crazy someone has to be to believe that it is safe to read whilst driving?! It’s not even a map for heaven’s sake!
Or perhaps I’m just misinformed and this person actually has another set of eyes on the top of his head that are focussed on the road. Or perhaps the car drives itself? Help me out here - I’m looking for a rational explanation…
