Police Use Scouting Handbook to Catch Crook

A bank employee in Sheffield, England accessed client details from the company computer and then wrote the details down using a complex code.

Ansir Khan thought this code would prevent him from being caught but little did he know that Detective  Constable Chris Stephens was a former district commissioner in the Scouts.

Using The Scoutmaster’s Guide from A to Z, Detective  Constable  Stephens was able to match the symbols with details of the defrauded customers.
