David Foster Wallace archives going to Texas


In a rather post-modern development, the archive of writer David Foster Wallace is going to Texas of all places. Texas is probably the most inappropriate place to put them – surely they should have gone to somewhere in California where post-modernism is alive and well?

    I am THRILLED that DFW’s stuff is going to UT- my son goes there & I can’t wait. (although I’m sure I will look at it through tears….) The folks at Ransom are fans of Dave & clearly are just as excited……please consider a road trip to Austin- you will love it.
