Téa Obreht wins Orange Prize and she’s so young

At 25, debut novelist Téa Obreht is the youngest ever winner of the Orange Prize for fiction, reports The Guardian. She won with The Tiger’s Wife. Obreht was born in the former Yugoslavia in 1985 and grew up in Belgrade until her family moved to Cyprus then Egypt. When Téa was 12, they emigrated to the US.

AbeBooks has lots of signed copies of The Tiger’s Wife – some of them are really good value.

What a lovely name….Téa.
