Where a book proves faulty or damaged we will refund both price and return postage. When a customer wishes to return a book for other reasons,maybe simply because of a change of heart we will refund price but not postage as long as we are notified within a reasonable period of time (7 days seems fair}.

Shipping Terms:
Books are wrapped in bubble-wrap and packed into jiffy bags.Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
