About BOOK EDDY
The Book Eddy is a large general used bookstore dealing in rare and out-of-print books. We currently have an inventory of approximately 165,000 books and are always interested in purchasing stock, single items or whole libraries. 90% of our books are not on line including many of our more expensive and interesting books. We make house calls. Open every day: 10:30 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday; and 12:30-5:30 on Sunday.
Bookstore Terms
Our prices are net to all. We accept all major credit cards. We use the USPS for shipping and most books can be shipped domestically in a well protected package for $3.95. International rates have risen dramatically and we assume a two pound package for our shipping rates and REFUND excess shipping automatically when you order a small pamphlet or book from us. Shipping Terms:
Orders ship same day or the next day if received after 2 pm local time. All items from The Book Eddy are guaranteed. Any item can be returned with notice within seven days of receipt.
All postage rates are based upon a 2 pound package. Many smaller items will fit in the flat rate envelopes and you can expect a reduction to your shipping charge. Larger packages will need shipping adjustments that you will be contacted to accept.
All books are sent with plenty of protective padding and with custom boxes for heavier items.
