Decorative Leather. Condition: Good/Very Good. No Jacket. Dore, Berard, Lancelot, Noel. (illustrator). Volume 1 only of a two volume set. 820 pages. Numerous illustrations and maps. Full lavish leather binding with 5 raised bands on spine and embossed frames on both boards enclosing gilt cartouches of the four continents plus a central oval cartouche with four images. No inscriptions. In very good condition apart from the frontispiece, which is a folded panorama of Jerusalem. This has been creased and torn - and lacks one third of the image. Please note that this volume weighs over 3 kg., so postage at cost will be greater than the default rate quoted by ABEBooks.
