FIRST EDITION. TYPED LETTER SIGNED dated January 17, 1965 to Rex Fox on official Congress of the U.S. stationery, a vg copy apparently missing the bottom section which is assumed blank as it follows the signature and typed name and title of the sender, about 120 words thanking Mr. Fox for his cooperation with the FBI and NASA (North Atlantic Space Administration), acknowledging his great achievement in the field of radio astronomy which has proven to be a great contribution to the National Association of Rocketry and National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, informing him that due to Ionic-Atmospheric Transmissions, the use of certain radio megacycles will no longer be needed, and the desire to confide in him the listings and code names of their latest findings dealing with operation 319. SIGNED by William G. Bray, Director of Space Administrations. Bray was an Indiana member of the House of Representatives from 1951 to 1975.
