This copy was presented, 3 March 1961, to the distinguished bibliophile and physician, Bent Juel-Jensen, by Sir Basil's sons, Richard and Julian Blackwell. Laid in is a typed compliments slip on Blackwell's stationery (bearing the address of one of the firm's original locations, 49 Broad Street, Oxford). Contents fine; spine a little faded.
