Near fine, lightly tanned, with rusted staple residue inside. This presents speeches in favour of reducing and limiting armaments through international agreement by Ramsay Macdonald, Stanley Baldwin, and David Lloyd George, at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 11 July 1931. In the chair was Field Marshal Sir William Robertson, with the motion "That this meeting warmly welcomes the coming Disarmament Conference and urges the Government to do all in its power to bring about a real reduction in the Armies, Navies and Air Forces of the World." The World Disarmament Conference was scheduled to meet on 2 Feb 1932. Scarce.
