Hardcover. Condition: Good. Hardcover, 12 pages. Stapled binding--first staple is completely detached, and second is nearly so. While the pages are tenuously connected to the cover, they are a securely bound unit unto themselves. The cover has yellowed a bit with age, and has a pea-sized brown mark on the front, but is otherwise in good condition. The green lettering on the front is still bright and sharply printed. Moderate foxing on the pages, but no stray pencil/ink marks, and the green text is clear and legible. Illustrated with a black and white portrait of the author on the first page. A poem lauding California and its riches.
