First Edition Thus. 414 pp, the book is x-library with the following markings: glue remnant on the front endpaper from a pocket ( ? ), title page and verso have 2 small series of numbers and a markered out spot on the bottom edgeand a name and 1925 inked on the middle of the title page, the dedication page has a date, name and gift inked on the left edge, and there is a shelf number on the lower spine, I can not find anything else, the pages are clean with lightly browned edges, the endpapers are lightly soiled and have some browning also, the covers are tight and have light wear and soil.

Book has protective plastic covering, light rubbing to covers, a lightly shaken spine, slight bends to outer corners, previous owner's book plate on front endpaper, previous owner's name inscribed on title page. otherwise in very good condition, tight binding, clean and unmarked text, a solid copy.
