Volume one has no dust jacket and is no. 10 of a limited edition of 200 copies published in 1941. Volume two has a fair chipped dust jacket with edge tears and is no. 10 of 500 copies printed in 1952. Both volumes inscribed by the editor. Pages untrimmed. Black and white illustrations.
