Hardcover. Unpaginated, about 200p., two strips on a page reproduced original size in b&w (no colorizing except for dj), hardbound in 9x12 inch bright red buckram boards spine-titled in bronze ink, in dust jacket. The bronze has faded to illegibility and the dj is so edgeworn and chipped it is merely a remnant. Book itself is bright, entirely sound, clean and unmarked. The stories are layered with jokes: a female crewman looks like a flapper with spit-curls, and in the first adventure the crew goes to planet Eros which turns out to be a twenty-mile-long uh. cigar.
