No Binding. Condition: Collectible-Very Good. The short letter , written in a secretarial hand but signed by Palmerston, is addressed to a Mr. Barker, "I should be very glad to see you if you will call here any morning about 11 o'clock this week." Also enclosed are parts of the envelope addres sed to Mr. Barker, with Lord Palmerston's wax seal imprint on the envelope flap. In addition, enclosed is a 1921 letter sending Lord Palmerston's letter as a birthday gift to 'Fred' and relating an anecdote about Lord Palmerston. Signed by Author(s).
