The boards are held closed with ribbon ties. Printed by offset lithography in Milan, Italy by Amilcare Pizzi on laid paper specially made by Cartiera Ventura. Bound by Legatoria Editoriale Giovanni Olivotto. Clean and bright. Includes a supplemental booklet with modern introductions and notes, which is bound in cream paper side-stapled wrappers.
