Condition: Fair. 1878. No Edition Remarks. 140 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with decorations. Colour illustrated frontispiece and pull-out map. Severe cracking to hinges causing front board and spine to be detached from text block. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Tears and water staining to some pages, text remains unaffected. Previous owner's inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Light tanning to spine and edges. Areas of loss to spine ends. Staining overall.
